Generation Hospitality Group Welcomes Hyatt House Vacaville and Hyatt Place Vacaville

Generation Hospitality Group is pleased to announce that Hyatt House Vacaville and Hyatt Place Vacaville have joined our portfolio, with Gen H now providing operational consulting, sales, marketing and revenue management, plus finance and accounting services for both hotels. The addition strengthens our presence in Northern California, where we already operate Hyatt House Sacramento Midtown, and builds on our work with the Hyatt family of brands, which also includes Hyatt Place Lincoln Downtown Haymarket in Nebraska.

A Growing Market in Solano County

Vacaville sits in Solano County along Interstate 80, between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. That location draws a steady mix of travelers throughout the year, including business guests, teams competing at nearby sports venues, shoppers visiting the Vacaville Premium Outlets and Nut Tree Plaza, and visitors heading to the wineries of Napa Valley, about 35 miles away. The University of California, Davis is also a short drive from both hotels, bringing campus visitors and academic travel to the area.

Hyatt Place Vacaville

Located on Orange Drive near the junction of Interstate 80 and Highway 505, Hyatt Place Vacaville opened in 2019 as the first Hyatt Place in the city. The hotel offers 136 guest rooms designed with separate areas for sleeping, working and relaxing, along with an outdoor pool, a fitness center open around the clock, food and beverage service throughout the day and meeting space for smaller gatherings. Its convenient highway access and connection to the neighboring convention center make it a natural choice for business travelers, wedding parties and groups.

Hyatt House Vacaville

Hyatt House Vacaville, on East Monte Vista Avenue, is designed for guests who want the comforts of home during a longer stay. Suites with kitchen facilities give guests the option to prepare their own meals, and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, an outdoor pool, guest laundry and a bar on property. Those features make it especially well suited to relocations, extended work assignments and families traveling together.

Gen H brings the full range of our management services to both properties, with the exception of staffing and human resources, which remain with ownership. Our team provides operational consulting on guest experience, maintenance and day to day performance, along with finance and accounting support. Our sales, marketing and revenue management teams will work from a single strategy for the two hotels, positioning Hyatt Place and Hyatt House to complement one another so that each attracts the guests it serves best, from short business trips to stays of several weeks.

Operating two hotels in the same market also allows us to coordinate group business, share local knowledge between teams and give ownership, partners and guests one consistent point of contact.
